My EZ Reminder uses your account email address, phone number if provided, reminder details, verification status, and delivery records to operate your account and requested reminders. The service also keeps billing identifiers for Plus subscriptions.

Phone numbers and text consent

Your phone number is used for phone verification and, if you separately opt in and choose text notifications, reminder texts. We record the number and time associated with reminder-text consent so we can honor that choice. Verification codes do not create consent to recurring reminder texts.

Service providers

Service providers may process information needed to operate email delivery, payments, and, when enabled, text delivery. We do not share SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referring websites, general device and browser information, approximate location, and whether a Free or Plus signup succeeded. We send only general page names and clean website paths. We do not send reminder titles, notes, voice transcripts or recordings, names, email addresses, phone numbers, verification or reset tokens, or form contents to Analytics.

Analytics is off until you allow it. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it using the “Analytics choices” button. If allowed, Google Analytics may store analytics cookies or device identifiers. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google may process this limited analytics information as a service provider.
